Mountain of Deception audio book

Things moved very fast since yesterday when the publisher of my backlist spicy romance, Mountain of Deception renewed my contract for that book. In doing so, she told me she also wanted to release it as an audio book. I thought it would take several days, if not weeks, before it would be available. Then, this morning she emailed me and said it was live. I'm very excited to now have my first audio book. You can download the book at https://apple.co/41Whgv6 

If you've forgotten the plot of the book: 

Tessa Cooper has taken a year long sabbatical from teaching English at an Illinois university to move to the mountains of Tennessee to write a mystery novel. She didn't intend on falling in love with the man building the garage behind her cabin, or find herself caught in the middle of something illegal with him.

From all outward appearances, sexy Silas Newberry is a man with many secrets and Tessa is determined to find out what they are. When things start going in the wrong direction, can Silas keep her safe without revealing his biggest secret of all?

2025 - And, We're Off...

 2024 ended on a good note with, as noted in the previous post, my short screenplay, Summer Darkness winning the Gothamite Monthly Award for Best Short Script. 

Enter February 2025 and more new awards.

On February 16, 2025, my newest feature length screenplay, The Witch's Descendant received a Quarterfinal placement in the Wiki Screenplay contest.

 

Then, on February 27, I was notified that The Witch's Descendant was a Finalist in January's TMFF: The Monthly Film Festival.

 

 Finally, also on February 27, the screenwriters web site Coverfly notified me that The Witch's Descendant was was now ranked in the top 39% of discoverable screenplays on their site. I've been working very hard to get a ranking on there and am very honored and happy to have made it.
